blueplanet web public - The quick overview of the performance of your solar PV system.

Dear blueplanet web public customers,

As mentioned in our previous email, blueplanet web public will be phased out on January 1, 2026.

This page is dedicated to supporting you through the next steps, ensuring you can continue monitoring your plants without, hardware modification, firmware update, or service interruption. Below, you’ll find the available alternative solutions and clear instructions to help you make the transition smoothly:

1 upgrading to blueplanet smartcloud:

  • a- access the bp public dashboard and navigate to system configuration
  • b- select administration then contract
  • c- Then fill up all necessary recipient data then press upgrade blueplanet web profi
  • d- additional necessary step:
  • a. download the attached registration form (link) https://kaco-newenergy.com/fileadmin/downloads/documents/KNE-bp-web-Registration-EN.pdf
  • b. fill registration form with all relevant info for your plant (necessary to provide system key) leave the irrelevant fields as blank.
  • c. send to the following email address service@kaco-newenergy.de
  • d. KACO service team will finalize parameters of your plant, and invoice will be sent to you

Once the invoice is paid, all your plant and devices historical and new data will be visible alongside new features and advanced accessibility

2 Migrate to bp smartcloud:

Important note: this solution is currently under development, the info in this web page will be updated once the feature is released soon

Data migration process:

1. New account registration

  • a. Access the portal via https://cloud.kaco-newenergy.com/ and press register
  • b. Register in Siemens ID (preferably the by the same email address of plant owner in blueplanet web public)
After successful authentication, you will be redirected to the KACO Cloud login page again.
  • c. Choose Role: select the role “Registration as End user" and Complete Profile Details.

2. Navigate to import screens

  • a. Navigate to your avatar icon in the top right of the screen
  • b. Select the “import from blueplanet web public” option. (button head will be changed to “import from bp web public”)

3. Import screen will show up:

  • a. Enter your bp public registered email address (plant owner email in public portal) (we make an underline under this one because it is the most important thing to do)
  • b. Click 'Connect Account' to initiate the linking process.

4. Verify email

  • a. A pop-up titled 'Verify Email' will appear
  • b. Click 'Send Code' to receive a verification PIN at your registered email.
  • c. Check your email for the PIN code (e.g., 48711) and copy in the 'Enter Pin Code' field then click 'Verify' to complete the authentication.

5. Once verification finishes

  • a. the system list will populate with available systems from blueplanet web public.
  • b. Click the 'Import' button to begin or resume data migration.

6. Once the progress bar reaches 100%, the system data is successfully migrated.D82

The status will update to 'Completed'.

On Complication of the process, you can access your imported system in the System Overview and start seeing your data including the historical data.

Here comes the app

No matter which version you choose: Our monitoring portals are available "to go" for your mobile device. Once you have successfully registered, you can download the app free of charge and monitor the status of your PV system with your login data, even while on the move.
