Silicon carbide inverters
The blueplanet 125 TL3 was brought to market in November 2018. It is the first inverter that takes full advantage of semiconductor modules made of silicon carbide (SiC). One year on, KACO new energy offers a complete range of SiC inverters with outputs from 87 to 150 kilowatts. The customer benefits from light inverters that are especially suited for hot environments.
