1: MIGRIEREN ZUR BP SMARTCLOUD

Wir machen Ihnen den Umstieg auf die neue Cloud-Umgebung so einfach wie nie zuvor – ohne Unterbrechung Ihrer aktuellen Konfiguration.
Was bleibt unverändert:

• Es sind keine Hardware-Änderungen erforderlich.

• Es sind keine Firmware- oder Konfigurations-Updates auf Ihren Geräten und lokalen Verbindungen in Ihrer Anlage erforderlich.

Wenn Sie bereits über eine Blueplanet Web Public-Verbindung verfügen, bleibt die Datenexportschnittstelle von Ihrem Wechselrichter zum Internet unverändert.

1: NEUEN ACCOUNT ERSTELLEN

A) Rufen Sie das Portal über HTTPS://CLOUD.KACO-NEWENERGY.COM/ auf und klicken Sie auf „Registrieren“. 

b) REGISTRIEREN SIE SICH MIT IHRER SIEMENS-ID (VORZUGSWEISE MIT DER GLEICHEN E-MAIL-ADRESSE, DIE DER ANLAGENBESITZER IN BLUEPLANET WEB PUBLIC VERWENDET). NACH ERFOLGREICHER AUTHENTIFIZIERUNG WERDEN SIE ERNEUT ZUR KACO CLOUD-ANMELDESEITE WEITERLEITET.  

C) ROLLE AUSWÄHLEN: WÄHLEN SIE DIE ROLLE „REGISTRIERUNG ALS ENDANWENDER” AUS UND GEBEN SIE IHRE PROFILDATEN EIN. 

2: Navigate to import screens

a) Navigate to your avatar icon in the top right of the screen

b) Select the “import from blueplanet web public” option.

3: Import screen will show up:

A) Enter your bp public registered email address (plant owner email in public portal)

b) Click 'Connect Account' to initiate the linking process.

4: Verify E-Mail

a) A pop-up titled 'Verify Email' will appear

b) Click 'Send Code' to receive a verification PIN at your registered email.

C) Check your email for the PIN code (e.g., 48711) and copy in the 'Enter Pin Code' field then click 'Verify' to complete the authentication.

5: Once verification finishes

a) the system list will populate with available systems from blueplanet web public

b) Click the 'Import' button to begin or resume data migration.

Once the progress bar reaches 100%, the system data is successfully migrated.
The status will update to 'Completed'.

On Complication of the process, you can access your imported system in the System Overview and start seeing your data including the historical data.

2: Upgrade from blueplanet web public to blueplanet WEB PRO

a) Access the bp public dashboard and navigate to system configuration

B) Select administration then contract

C) Then fill up all necessary recipient data then press upgrade blueplanet web profi

D) Additional necessary step:

  D.1) DOWNLOAD THE ATTACHED REGISTRATION FORM (LINK)

D.2) Fill registration form with all relevant info for your plant (necessary to provide system key) leave the irrelevant fields as blank.

D.3) Send to the following email address: service@kaco-newenergy.de

d.4) KACO service team will finalize parameters of your plant, and invoice will be sent to you
