How to replace an inverter under warranty
If you need a replacement inverter during the warranty period, we offer an exchange service. The exchange service can easily be requested via our customer portal at myKACO.com.
The inverter exchange service is valid for selected countries within the European Union and for the following inverters:
blueplanet 3.0 - 5.0 NX1 / blueplanet 3.0 - 20.0 NX3 / blueplanet 25.0 - 33.0 NX3 / blueplanet 50.0 + 60.0 TL3 / blueplanet 87.0 - 105 TL3 / blueplanet 125 -165 TL3.
KACO new energy aims at shipping the replacement inverter within 48 hours after the request has been received. This service depends on availability, analysis of the error pattern and confirmation of the warranty by KACO new energy. If required, you can also arrange for KACO new energy to pick up the old inverter.
