With the blueplanet gridsave eco 5.0 TR1 (formerly Powador-gridsave eco) you bridge the gaps between the power generation and power consumption of your own solar power. Our bidirectional battery inverter stores the solar energy during the day – and you use it whenever you want.

Your versatile energy manager

A special highlight of this solar storage unit is its capability to switch over to emergency power supply without virtually any interruption in the event of a power cut. In pure off-grid networks the blueplanet gridsave eco 5.0 TR1 is the heart of the whole system and takes charge of the energy management including the triggering of additional energy sources such as emergency backup generators or diesel generating sets. On top of that, combined with KACO new energy solar PV inverters, an emergency power supply from stored solar power is also possible: the battery is re-charged by the PV system.

Energy management for new and existing photovoltaic systems

Thanks to its AC coupling, the blueplanet gridsave eco 5.0 TR1 is not just suitable for new plants, it is also ideal for extending existing PV systems – regardless of the brand of the solar PV inverter in use. You select the battery capacity according to your needs. With this modular approach, the blueplanet gridsave eco 5.0 TR1 also provides you with the highest level of flexibility.

To facilitate the integration of this storage solution into your existing PV system, we also offer you system upgrade packages containing all of the components that you need.
